IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS REGARDING THE WHITE PENS. IF YOU SHAKE IT AND DO NOT HEAR THE BALL INSIDE THE PEN, BANG IT A FEW TIMES FROM THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE PEN AGAINST A TABLE, AND THEN SHAKE IT AGAIN UNTIL YOU HEAR THE BALL. NOW THE PAINT WILL BE WELL MIXED.
