Tracy loves anything mini !!!…. and mini journals are just the best thing ever!!

Come and spend the day altering a pocket diary into a fabulously colourful and funky mini art journal.

We spend the morning decorating our covers. We will paint, stamp and stencil and add marks to our covers, create our focal image and make a matching paper bead to hang on our book.

The afternoon will be spent prepping our books as we start to add colour to our inside pages using different techniques to create a bold and beautiful one of a kind mini journal.

This class is suitable for all abilities and step by step instructions will be given.

Please bring your basic tool kit: Baby wipes, paper towel, craft mat, heat gun, scissors, soft brushes, white & black paint pens, paint palette, pencil, sponge or stencil brush, black ink pad (waterproof), acrylic block or stamp platform.

You will also need for this class masking tape, glue stick, white PVA glue, foam mounting squares and colour pencils.

If you need any of these products please let me know at time of booking and I will have them ready for you to purchase on the day.

So you like bold and bright colours in your art journal???….
Well so do I and this is the class for you.

I have designed 4 exciting new stamps sets for this trip and they are definitely featuring in this fabulously colourful and layered journal spread.

We will paint, stamp, stencil, build layers and 3D elements to add to our page and well as adding finishing touches with paint pens and maybe even a touch of glitter and gold (cos who doesn’t like a bit of sparkle ??)

With so many stamps, stencil, colours and combinations to choose from, you are guaranteed to make a journal spread which is unique to you.

This project is a journal page project but can be completed on canvas or canvas board if students prefer.

This class is suitable for all abilities and step by step instructions will be given.

Interactive Journaling – Lace Cut Pages

One of my biggest passions in Art Journaling is to create interactive pages. There is something magical about these interconnecting pieces of artwork that just makes my heart sing.
Come and spend the day creating a fabulous spread of connecting pages in your art journal.
We will paint, stamp, stencil, add 3D elements, design and cut our pages to produce an amazing interactive feast for the eyes… and don’t worry it’s much easier than it looks, I’ll share all my tips and tricks.
Each page will give a fantastic glimpse at the pages to follow.
Be warned though… once you start it’s addictive!!!

This class is suitable for all abilities and step by step instructions will be given
