This is a K & Company Scrapbook Stabilizer Spine Reinforcement System.  The Scrapbook Stabilizer uses a welded-post design to eliminate loose posts and wobbly or broken spines.  This item is made out of nickel-plated steel which allows you to expand your scrapbooks beautifully and securely and is compatible with most 12″ x 12″ two-post albums with a center to center hole dimension 8.5″.  This package measures approximately 13.50″ x 2″ and contains (2) 1/2″ Extensions Posts.
